Fair-value label
Undervalued means the price sits below our fair-value estimate (potentially cheap), Overvalued means above it (potentially expensive), Fairly Valued is roughly in line, and Insufficient Data means we couldn't estimate it confidently.
Confidence
How much to trust the estimate — High / Medium / Low — based on how much clean financial data was available. Treat Low-confidence calls lightly.
Exit signal
Plain action guidance: from Buy Zone / Accumulate (looks like a place to add), through Hold and Watch Carefully / Do Not Chase, to Trim / Exit Most (looks stretched).
Momentum risk
Elevated or High means the stock has run up a lot, fast — which can mean a bigger chance of a pullback.
Volatility
How much the price swings. Higher volatility means bigger moves both up and down — more risk, not just more potential reward.
